Product Return and Warranty Guide for ASM

ASM is committed to providing high-quality Diorama models that satisfy our customers. However, in some cases, customers may need to return or claim a warranty for their products. To ensure a smooth return and warranty process, ASM provides the following detailed guidelines.

1. Product Return Policy

Customers have the right to return ASM’s Diorama model products within 7 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must remain intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged due to user error.
  • All accompanying accessories, documents, and gifts (if any) must be included.

In case the product has technical issues or is damaged during shipping, customers should contact ASM’s customer care team immediately for assistance. ASM will cover all shipping costs if the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.

2. Product Return Process

Step 1: Contact ASM’s customer care team via the phone number or email provided on the official website.

Step 2: Provide detailed information about the product, order number, reason for the return request, and pictures (if the product is defective).

Step 3: Send the product to ASM’s warehouse as instructed by customer care staff.

Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the product, ASM will process the return or refund within 3-5 business days. If the product does not meet the return conditions, ASM will notify and return the product to the customer.

3. Product Warranty Policy

All ASM Diorama model products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, including:

  • Product breakage or damage due to manufacturing defects.
  • Model details that do not fit or are not completed as described.
  • ASM does not provide warranty coverage in the following cases:
  • Damage caused by the user, such as dropping, heavy impact, or improper storage.
  • Products that have been repaired by unauthorized third parties.

4. Product Warranty Process

Step 1: Customers contact ASM’s customer care team to register for a warranty.

Step 2: Provide order information, a detailed description of the defect, and images of the defective product.

Step 3: Send the product to ASM’s warranty center as instructed.

Step 4: ASM will inspect and repair or replace the product within 7-10 business days.
